Cintas & Unions

Legal

Cintas had always enjoyed positive, constructive working relationships with labor unions. The company fully complied with both the spirit and the letter of the law in terms of respecting our employees’ rights to unionize – or not to unionize – and we have an excellent track record of engaging in good faith negotiations when employees have voted to unionize. We are very disappointed that these unions have decided to engage in such a negative and vicious campaign against Cintas.

Over the years, Cintas has been successful by building firm relationships with its partners and customers – relationships built on mutual trust and respect. Together, we have built one of America’s most successful and “Most Admired” companies, as determined by Fortune Magazine for the fifth consecutive year. We appreciate the talents and loyalty of all our partners and will continue to fight to protect our reputation and our partners’ rights.
